Record displays minimal signs of wear in the form of faint hairline marks and a few tiny scratches, though no serious scratches or scuff marks; I've graded this as EX+ and I think that's pretty close - possibly bordering on EX, but could certainly be improved with cleaning. It is a really nice copy and the labels are clean on both sides. There is what looks like a stain on the label on the A-side, plus evidence of the removal of a sticker, though the label appears undamaged and it might be possible to clean/remove a bit more of that evidence; it is barely noticeable. B-side has some writing on (see photo), not sure whether this is someone's initials or a reference of some sort.
Minus original sleeve, though it shouldn't be hard to find one. This is a really nice copy.
